Not too long ago, I was part of a Bible Study focusing on negative thought patterns that can steal your joy. My takeaway from the study was this verse,

"Finally, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think on these things." Phil 4:8

Think on these things. The pure and excellent and lovely. It truly helps me get my head in the right place for each new day.
